nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Tim and Erin Nehre, along with their three sons, Benjamin, Michael, and Joshua, serve in a Network of International Christian Schools (NICS) facility in Nairobi, Kenya. NICS is an international organization providing a quality American based Christian education program for local and international students including children of missionaries, government, and business families. Erin is the upper level math and physics teacher. Tim is the middle school Bible teacher and chaplain. All three boys attend the same school. In addition to regular school activities, the family leads and participates in various school sponsored community mission outreach programs: Buckets of Hope Ministry (providing food, formula, and diapers) for a nearby slum area, Tania (a Christian orphanage), and Heshima (a private Christian school for the area’s handicapped children).

1 John 3:18 “Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other, let us show the truth by our actions.”

My ministry as a Global Consultant for Health through International Ministries, ABC-USA, takes me around the world to work with partners and colleagues. I serve with individuals who are interested in developing health care outreach in sustainable and empowering ways. I am also available to meet humanitarian crises, like Eboli and natural disasters, using my skills as a pediatric nurse practitioner and my 23+ years of experience on the field with teams, hospital care, and mobile medical outreach. Some of the current projects with which I am working include mobile medical clinics in Bolivia, traditional birth attendant programs in Bangladesh, and helping a nursing school in NE India become the first Christian bachelor’s program in nursing in the region. I have recently finished writing a program in nursing in the region. I have also recently finished writing training materials called, Community-Based Health Response (CBHR), which includes a daily Bible study and tools for communities, churches, and sending agencies to provide health care in the most sustainable and empowering ways. I’m currently working on translating the materials in Spanish and French.

Isaiah 61:10-12 “I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.”

Doug and Amy Roeglin are serving with the mission organization

Isaiah 61:10-12 “I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.”

Doug and Amy Roeglin are serving with the mission organization called Rio Grande Bible Ministries. RGBI is a Spanish Bible College, a Spanish Radio ministry, an International Cultural-Training Program (to learn and use Spanish in Ministry), and a Bible Conference Ministry (for older adults) at Bibleville in Alamo, TX, five miles from the main campus. Doug and Amy both serve in the work on the main campus in Edinburg, TX. RGBI is located about 16 miles north of the Mexican border. Doug uses his skills and training in graphic arts to create publications used by the school, and as needed, also uses his architectural skills. Amy uses her training in the business office. Doug has also served as minister to some of the area “snowbirds”. Natalie and Peter are in college, but continue serving the Lord where He leads them.
